I took today off work. I have been working way too hard and putting everything else at the bottom of the priority list, including exercising. I was owed four hours of "comp time" anyway today, so I just decided to take the whole day.
Did a 4.75-mile run this afternoon. It was about 65 degrees and drizzly. Not ideal running weather, but at least it's not too hot yet. My legs still feel a little Jell-o-ey (okay, I know that's not a word, but it sounds right) and I just couldn't find a pace. I was all over the place - fast runs, then had to walk. Also, I really need to do hill work. I am pathetic with hills.
